Terms of Service

Effective October 8, 2026

These Terms are an agreement between you and The Gospel In Five Minutes Inc. (“we”, “us”), which owns and operates FaithFlock™ at faithflock.org (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, the Community Guidelines and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who may use FaithFlock

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. One account per person, in your real name. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything done with your account. Tell us right away at [email protected] if you believe your account was used without your permission.

2. The Service is free

Members never pay to use FaithFlock. We may show clearly labeled sponsored content that has been reviewed under our Ad Standards. Purchases you make from an advertiser or on another website are between you and that seller.

3. Your content

You own what you post. By posting, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display and share your content within the Service, only as needed to run it and only to the audience you choose (for example, Family only, Friends & family, people you choose, only you, or everyone). This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies kept briefly in backups or where the law requires us to keep them.

You promise that you have the right to post what you post, including photos of other people, music and writing, and that it does not violate anyone’s rights or the law.

4. Community standards

FaithFlock is a gathering place meant for the honoring of Jesus Christ. You agree to follow the Community Guidelines. Without limiting them, you will not post or send anything that is: cursing or crude language; sexual or nude content; hateful, harassing, bullying or threatening; violent or graphic; illegal or that encourages illegal activity; harmful to a child; spam, scams or unapproved advertising; someone else’s private information; or content you do not have the rights to.

We may remove any content and suspend or permanently ban any account, at our sole discretion, for any violation, with or without notice. A banned person may not create another account. We review reports, but we are not able to review everything, and we have no obligation to monitor content.

5. Members are responsible for their own conduct

FaithFlock is not responsible for the conduct of its members, on or off the Service, even though it is a faith community. Posts, comments, messages, testimonies, prayer requests, advice, events, groups, mentoring relationships and meetings come from members, not from us. We do not verify members’ identities, backgrounds, beliefs or statements, and we do not endorse any member, group, church, artist, author, advertiser or event. Use good judgment, protect your personal information, and take care before meeting anyone in person. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members.

6. AI Pastor™

AI Pastor™ is an artificial-intelligence program, not a person and not a pastor. Its answers may be wrong or incomplete. It is not a substitute for a pastor, counselor, doctor, lawyer or financial professional, and it is not for emergencies. If you are in danger, call 911. In the United States you can call or text 988 at any time. You use AI Pastor at your own risk.

7. Prayer, testimonies and advice

Prayer requests, testimonies, mentoring and encouragement shared on FaithFlock are the personal views and experiences of members. They are not medical, legal, financial or professional advice, and no outcome is promised.

8. Other websites, music and media

The Service may link to or show content from other services, such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Amazon Music, Pandora, Project Gutenberg, LibriVox and the Internet Archive, and to advertisers’ websites. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control them and are not responsible for them.

9. Copyright complaints

We respect the rights of authors, artists and publishers. If you believe content on FaithFlock infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with: your contact information; a description of the work; the exact location of the content on FaithFlock; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature. We remove infringing content and ban repeat infringers.

10. Our name and marks

FaithFlock™, The Minute symbol™, The Gospel In Five Minutes™, AI Pastor™, Hope has a name: Jesus™ and Wear the Word™ are trademarks of The Gospel In Five Minutes Inc. You may not use them without our written permission.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that content will be accurate or kept.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, The Gospel In Five Minutes Inc., its directors, officers, volunteers and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, goodwill or profits, or for any conduct or content of any member or third party, arising from or related to the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

13. Your responsibility to us

You agree to defend and hold harmless The Gospel In Five Minutes Inc. and its directors, officers and volunteers from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, your conduct toward others, or your violation of these Terms or the law.

14. Ending your account

You may delete your account at any time in Settings; your profile, posts, photos, comments, friends and messages are then permanently deleted. We may suspend or end the Service, or your access, at any time. Sections 3 (to the extent stated), 5, 9 through 13, and 15 survive.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] so we can try to resolve it in good faith.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make important changes, we will tell members on FaithFlock before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
