Privacy Policy

Effective October 8, 2026

The short version: FaithFlock is free. We never sell or rent your personal information. Ads are never chosen with your personal information, and advertisers never receive it. You choose who sees each thing you post, and you can delete your account and everything in it at any time.

This policy explains how The Gospel In Five Minutes Inc. (“we”, “us”), which owns and operates FaithFlock™ at faithflock.org, handles your information.

1. What we collect

Photos are resized on your device before upload, which also removes hidden location data stored inside them. We never read your device’s location; a place appears on a post only if you type it.

2. Who can see your information

Each post: the audience you pick: Only me, people you choose, Family only, Friends & family, or Everyone on FaithFlock (Everyone posts are reviewed before members outside your friends see them).
Your profile details: everyone on FaithFlock, or friends & family only. Your name and photo are visible to signed-in members so people can find you, unless you turn off search.
Never shown: your email address, password and “where are you with Jesus” answer.
Our review team: may see content that is posted for Everyone or reported to us. We read a private message only if it is reported.

3. How we share information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only:

with service providers that run FaithFlock for us under their own security and privacy terms: Cloudflare (hosting, database, photo storage, security and the AI service behind AI Pastor™);
when you choose to open a link or player from another service (for example Spotify, Apple Music or YouTube), which then receives what your browser sends it;
when the law requires it, or to protect someone’s safety, our members or our rights; and
if FaithFlock is ever transferred as part of a change of ownership, under this same policy.

4. Cookies

We use one sign-in cookie to keep you signed in, plus your browser’s own storage for small preferences such as language. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Music and video players from other services may set their own cookies when you press play.

5. How long we keep information

We keep your information while your account is open. When you delete your account in Settings, your profile, posts, photos, comments, friends, messages and notifications are permanently deleted. If an account is banned for breaking our standards, we keep a scrambled code made from its email address so it cannot be used to join again, plus the reason for the ban.

6. Security

Passwords are stored only as a one-way scrambled code. Sign-in codes are random and stored scrambled. Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), and repeated wrong-password attempts are blocked. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password you do not use elsewhere.

7. Your choices and rights

See and change your profile and privacy settings at any time in Settings.
Delete any post or comment you made, or your whole account.
Ask us for a copy of your information, or to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live (for example, California or other U.S. states), you may have additional rights to know, correct, delete or limit the use of your information; we honor those requests and will not treat you differently for making them.

8. Adults only

FaithFlock is for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, email us and we will delete it.

9. Visitors outside the United States

FaithFlock is run from the United States, and your information is processed there and by our service providers. By using FaithFlock you understand your information will be handled in the United States.

10. Changes

If we make important changes to this policy, we will tell members on FaithFlock before they take effect.
